This is a yoga group specifically tailored for those recovering from psychological trauma. Each week a one hour yoga class is offered over a ten week period teaching and supporting participants to experience the positive effects of gentle yoga practice to bring well being back to mind and body.
The class is small and individual assessment for each participant occurs prior to commencement to ensure a positive and safe experience for all.
These ten week courses are run as needed. Please enquire when the next course is planned. Costs vary on the size of the group and according to needs of each individual.
